Funded by USC Vice President of Research Dr. Randolph Hall and the Norris Medical Library, the HPCC-NML Bioinformatics Computing Resource integrates USC’s High Performance Computing and Communications’ superior infrastructure with cutting-edge bioinformatics software to offer USC researchers a powerful solution to their growing computational needs of the analysis of large genomics data, in particular, the Next-Generation Sequencing data analysis.
