HPCC-NML Bioinformatics Computing Resource: Overview

The HPCC-NML Bioinformatics Computing Resource

Funded by USC Vice President of Research Dr. Randolph Hall and Norris Medical Library, the HPC-NML Bioinformatics Computing Resource integrates USC’s Center for High Performance Computing’ superior infrastructure with cutting-edge bioinformatics software to offer USC researchers a powerful solution to their growing computational needs of the analysis of large genomic data, in particular, the Next-Generation Sequencing (NGS) data analysis.

We strongly recommend you apply an HPC account if you have large (>50GB fastq.gz files) or multiple NGS datasets.  Follow the detailed instruction to apply for an HPC account and configure it for Partek Flow analysis.
