Welcome to the Mobile Resources Guide!
This guide includes apps and mobile-friendly websites which may be helpful for health sciences students, staff, and faculty. Some of these sites are paid for by the USC Libraries, and others are freely available to all.
Did you know the Health Sciences Libraries have a mobile app? Download the USC HSL app on your mobile device's App Store or Play Store. Using this app, you can reserve group study rooms in the Norris Library, renew and request books (even books on reserve!), search HELIX, the library catalog, for materials, and access our most popular mobile-friendly resources.
Don't know anything about mobile devices? Check out our Basics tab on this guide.
Click on the tabs above to learn about resources for clinical information tools, drug information, study aids, journal article databases and journals, or consumer health. All apps and websites are selected by librarians at the Norris Medical Library.
Use the "Ask a Librarian" box on this page to contact the reference desk for help with selecting, installing, or using apps on your device.
Finding more recommended apps
Many clinicians, librarians, and software developers provide reviews of apps. In addition to the sources selected by Norris Library, check out these websites for recent reviews of apps.
